Dr. Agr. Marco de Vito: Agronomist
Curriculum
Marco de Vito was born in Rome in 1961. He lives in Brasil.
In 1986 he graduated from University of Perugia earning a degree in Agronomy and in 1987 was registered as Agriculturalist engineer. In 1990, as projects supervisor for the FAO, he moved to Brazil where his degree was recognized by the Universitade de Brasilia (Brazil). He is currently preparing his final dissertation in Master Science (MSc) for Universitade de Brasilia, Civil and Environment Engineering Department.
From the inception of his professional career, he has been working as a designer and consultant for irrigation schemes in Italy and Brazil. Former Associate Professional Officer and Programme Officer for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Brazil (1990-93), he at present is direct Assistant to Minister Walton Alencar Rodrigues in the Brazilian Court of Audit. His role also envisages agricultural and industrial funding plans assessment.
